Bud is a self-starter & visionary leader with a passion for innovation & inclusive organisation practices. Throughout his various industry experiences, he has witnessed how disingenuous box ticking disrupts organisations progress.
Bud learned the values of team work, leadership & culture early. Whilst playing professional Basketball overseas he gained valuable insights into successful teams. Over the last 15 years he has worked in media, professional sports, FMCG, recruitment, automotive & charity/third sector.
Bud lives & breathes the importance of culture. Fostering healthy cultures within the various communities in which he serves & operates is top priority.
Bud has been championing how organisations can be powerful forces for positive change. Through co-founding grassroots community organisations he has been creating positive spaces for marginalised communities.
After growing frustrated with the lack of social & environmental direction for businesses, Bud pulled together his commercial & community experience to create 'Boxless'.

Mica Janiv specialises in helping businesses achieve B Corp certification.
Her mission is to educate, inspire, advise, partner and communicate on how businesses of all sizes can reshape their systems, shift into circularity, and safeguard our planet.
Mica believes we have a collective responsibility to share knowledge and inspiration, which is why communicating on sustainability is part of her package.
On a personal level, Mica is addicted to the sea. You’ll find her swimming or rowing on the Sussex coast and supporting charitable partners to regenerate our beautiful biodiverse marine ecosystem.
Having started her career in fashion and seen the devastating rise of fast fashion, Mica is, to this day, a sustainable fashion activist and campaigner. She gives talks, hosts events and goes into schools to educate students about the negative impact of fast fashion and how they can be the change.
Mica holds a certification in Circular Economy & Sustainability from Cambridge Judge Business School and is a regular guest lecturer at Sussex University Business School.
Dougal is highly motivated to help businesses understand their impact on the environment & identify ways of going beyond sustainability to become regenerative.
He has worked with businesses across multiple sectors to understand how the latest technological solutions, combined with a fundamental understanding of nature can reverse negative impacts on climate change. This can be done through carbon calculations or investing in Nature Based Solutions.
Through his role as a Non-Executive Director at the Sussex Chamber of Commerce he has compiled key reports on the Future of Green Skills to the Sussex workforce. He is a keen advocate for building an economy that values communities & the environment equally.
Dougal has spent many years as an Outdoor Activity Instructor, guiding adventures on kayaks, bikes, rocks, skis, ropes & boats into some of the wildest places on earth. Through this time he learnt to manage risk vs reward, as well as to appreciate the perpetual cycles & indicators that nature goes through which helps us understand ourselves better.
